Yesterday I asked my oldest daughter if I should go back into visual effects. I do this periodically – wonder if the studio is where I should be, only write part time. But then something happens… like being named a second rounder at the Austin Film Festival!!
I am thrilled to announce Relative State has been named a Second Rounder in the Drama Feature category at the 2025 Austin Film Festival! Only 20% of the 11,000 screenplays submitted this year made it to the second round and I’m one of them!! I’ve decided to attend and get everything I can out of the experience, so stay tuned… you’re coming with me!
